His practice also encompasses a wide range of employment-related matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and employee benefits. He brings a unique perspective to his practice, informed by his personal experiences and unwavering dedication to social justice.

Since joining the firm, Matthew has demonstrated success in and out of the courtroom. Matthew was on the trial team that won a preliminary injunction against the Colorado Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel, which granted test accommodations to an individual with a disability for the Colorado Bar examination. Additionally, Matt was part of the trial team that successfully defended an employee accused of violating her non-compete agreement. Matt has also negotiated various settlements for his clients.
